My PLN includes this blog http://0112358mrfsclass.blogspot.com/, a Twitter account @John0112358, an edmodo account Mr. John, a YouTube page John0112358, and I decided to use the gmail account provided to me by csusm fesse002@cougars.csusm.edu. Additionally I am using iGoogle, TweetDeck, and Diigo to streamline my PLN.
Excellent work on your RR 1-6. Some students may not feel that they can do this family assignment if the language is too defined, for example students that are in foster care, adopted, students that do not live with a birth mother & father... Think of how you and your ITU group can make sure that you use inclusive language for doing the assignments, to not exclude students that may not fit the traditional family definition or do not have access to their genetic family.
